About Just A Wild Thought

Hi, I’m Justine and welcome to Just A Wild Thought!

Just A Wild Thought is a coaching practice born out of just that, a wild thought. A thought that once it crossed my mind, was seared into my consciousness: This doesn’t feel right.

So, I asked myself:

What does feel right? What resonates with me? What are my values? What do I actually want? What’s stopping me? What’s the vision I have for my life?

If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place!

As a coach, I work with individuals to maximize their potential, to uncover their values, and to live a life that looks most like them. The answers to your questions are within you and in our work as coach and client, we’ll uncover them together with curiosity, empathy, and courage, and propel you into action. In line with the Co-Active Training Institute’s coaching model, we’ll focus on the being, or who you are, and the doing, how you behave, so that you can live aligned with your values and your vision for your life.

Will you join me on an adventurous journey into discovering your best self?

My core principle:
You are Naturally Creative, Resourceful, and Whole*
and I will not let you settle for a life where you feel less than.

My core mission:
To help you transform your life by tapping into your values and
your inner wisdom and propelling you into action.

My core vision:
To live in a world of fully alive individuals
who catalyze their communities with their love of life.

About me:

Curious and creative, I’m a French-American ex-perfectionist who has spent years chasing winter and incidentally, my calling, around the globe and who currently calls Bend, Oregon, home. After one too many breakdowns spiritual awakenings (any Brené Brown fans out there?) while freelancing as an events coordinator in the action sports industry, I walked away from my supposed dream job and went looking for a career and more in line with what’s important to me: to help people free themselves from the weight obligation so that they can truly be themselves. Needless to say, marketing wasn’t going to get me there. So, I found a coach to help me shape my life; I was so inspired by the infinite possibilities within that process that I committed to being a coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. And now here I am!

A snowboarder, adventurer, and general outdoors woman, I love pushing my limits and challenging myself, learning from trial and error, and using the outdoors as a tool for change and growth (like we do in the Off-Trail Coaching program). Additionally, my passion for helping others build confidence and leadership in the outdoors is what led me to my role as Grassroots Program Director for Outdoor Women’s Alliance, a US-based non-profit focusing on empowering women worldwide through human-powered outdoor adventure sports like climbing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and backpacking.

Off the mountain, I love to write, make music, paint, and roam around the country in my Subaru while trying to answer life’s many questions (ie. what’s for dinner?) with my partner and our 4 year old Lab mix Wanaka.

Let’s discover your best self.
