The path is a windy one and I would know
Helping hundreds etch their own path, one intentional choice at a time
At Just A Wild Thought, I’m an ex-freelancer-turned Certified Professional Co-Active Coach who’s here to help you carve out a different path.
Through a blend of coaching, group learning, and industry-specific tools, I’m here to democratize entrepreneurship and business ownership, build community for folks along this journey, and help bring transparency to a typically hush-hush industry.
How can I help you live your wildest life?
Wait a sec! Did I guess your question?
Here’s what people often ask me, plus my answers ready to go.

I do! I love working with adventurous folks and that also means people who are still in the ideation stage and not yet freelancers.. If you’re in the process of asking yourself big questions about your life, including whether or not you want to launch a business or move into freelancing, I’d love to be your partner in that journey.
I would not call myself a career coach, although some of my clients do. I see myself as a coach for creatives, freelancers, and small business owners and that can sometimes helping people change career paths but if you’re looking for someone to help you write resumés and cover letters, that’s not my zone of genius and I would highly encourage you to reach out to coaches who are specialists in this field instead.
I do! If you’re wherever I find myself physically, I love meeting clients in person.
It depends on what your goals are. If you want a ready-made plan to implement, you might be better off with a consultant. However, if you’re looking for a personalized experience that couples deep reflection with strategic action to lead to long-term change, then I think coaching could be a better fit!
I typically have a full coaching load but because my goal is always to help my clients become fully independent, I tend to complete my work with clients after 6 to 9 months of working together. This means folks can wait anywhere between a few weeks to a few months to begin working together. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t other programs or ways of working together in the meantime! I recommend checking out my Group Learning programs to see if there are specific topics we can cover in a different setting.
That’s totally up to you! I find that group coaching works particularly well for folks looking to build community and accountability while 1:1 coaching is a great fit for individuals wanting a truly personalized partnership. If you’re in doubt, I can help you figure out what’s the best fit depending on what you mention in your Discovery Questionnaire.
